Compact multi-level shed built entirely from HSS tube steel — dense beam-and-column grid with platforms at three different elevations and tall portal frames for facade signage. Every connection was tube-to-tube, requiring precise cope and gusset detailing at tight intersections. Tall freestanding sign columns with base plates needed to tie into the lower platform framing while maintaining independent lateral stability.
Full Tekla model of the complete shed — HSS columns, beams, mezzanine framing, diagonal bracing, and facade portal frames modeled as one coordinated assembly. All tube-to-tube connections detailed with gusset plates and base plates sized for each column height and load condition. Delivered with IFC model for coordination and a clean drawing set covering erection plans, connection details, and anchor bolt layouts.
