Sprawling single-story footprint with five distinct wings at varying angles — including a non-orthogonal wing following site geometry on the east side. Multiple roof elevations where the gym and cafeteria required long-span framing while surrounding classroom wings used closely spaced joist bays. Roof transitions between wings at different heights and angles created complex framing intersections at every junction.
Full Tekla model covering the entire footprint — classrooms, gym, assembly spaces, corridors, and angled sections — with 100+ columns and every roof transition detailed. Long-span areas modeled with appropriate framing for clear-height requirements while maintaining load path continuity into the lower classroom wings. Complete IFC model and drawing package delivered for BIM coordination with MEP trades.
