Three separate structures — amenity building, entry canopy, and covered patio framing — all tied together visually but with different roof slopes, framing systems, and bracing requirements. Monoslope roof geometry created varying beam depths and end reactions across gridlines, while X-braced frames had to land cleanly into the foundation without clashing with large openings and architectural glazing. Complex canopy framing at the main entry required tight coordination for clearance, member alignment, and concealed connection detailing.
Full Tekla model detailing the amenity building framing, monoslope roof system, X-braced lateral frames, and all canopy/patio structures as coordinated subassemblies. Delivered complete drawings including braced frame elevations, canopy connection details, and erection sequencing plans to support a fast-track schedule. IFC model issued for coordination with architectural and MEP teams.
